Okay Week One of The King’s Island Training Arc is in the books. Lost 2.6 pounds this week. Body feels pretty good, and I must admit I am feeling myself a bit. Yah boi 42 and whew I’m fine lmao. That puts total weight loss at 23 pounds since October 1st. Goal for the month is 200lbs. Only 13.4 pounds to go. Let’s lock in.

Early morning Posing practice and body check. I’m feeling myself getting back to the original beast. So I guess I’m back at the starting line. But the furnace made me stronger. The struggle back taught me to endure. The hurt brought forth healing in all areas. So I’m back at the starting line with a clear understanding of what greatness will take, and I’m willing to give it all
