What is really going on with the lack of getting to your appointments or getting there on time. I am actually boogled how much data would show how this trickle down to loss of revenue for the healthcare professionals that's just part of it.

But the patients not getting to there medical and/or mental health appointments that can prevent precursors of declining health and moods.

Nowadays, for anything especially medication refills you have to see your doctor it should not be like playing Russian roulette with your health.

This is serious when billions of dollars are tied up in this industry.

Fall risks and Pressure Injuries

Research shows that more than 59% of fall -related closed claim allegations in both skilled and assisted living settings involving a resident with prior history of falls. Just imagine the falls that goes unreported that's scary. The ones that was reported average total to $242, 332 in 2021. About 2/3 of pressure injury closed claims involved a resident's death with an average total loss of $261, 828.

Did you know that 20-30% of falls cause moderate to serious injuries. Over 1/3 of adults 65 plus fall each year
About two- third of those who fell, will fall again within 6 months.
