On the twelfth day of Holiday Stress Relief, and the final day of our Curated Restorative Practices Collection, I’m here with one more gift for you, the DOSE Reflect and Respond Checklist and Holiday Inspiration Sheet, a self-care toolkit.

This restorative practice is designed to help you personalize stress relief in real time, using your body’s natural happy hormones, Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin, and Endorphins.

This gift is for the moments when the season leaves you overwhelmed or a little low, especially if you are carrying a heavy mental load, feeling stretched thin by end of year pressure, or navigating difficult family dynamics.

The checklist helps you pause and identify what you need most right now, and the inspiration sheet gives you a menu of DOSE-aligned ideas you can return to all season long, including low effort options for busy days.

On the eleventh day of Holiday Stress Relief, I’m back with another restorative practice for you. I’m gifting you with my Peace on Earth Mindfulness Meditation, guided video and audio meditations.

This practice is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and come back to center when the season feels too busy or emotionally heavy.

It is here for the parts of the holidays that can quietly wear you down, or sometimes hit you all at once. The mental load, end of year work pressure, family dynamics, overstimulation, perfectionism, loneliness, grief, and that overall sense of strain when the season asks for more than you have to give.

In this meditation, we begin with visual grounding, then shift into calming breathwork. Together, they create a practical reset you can return to before a holiday event, after a stressful moment, or anytime you want to feel more grounded.

On the tenth day of Holiday Stress Relief, Ann Marie from We Thrive at Life is gifting you with Coming Out of the Dark: 10 Vital Keys to Get You From Surviving to Thriving, an ebook guide.
This restorative practice is designed to help you shift out of survival mode and into a clearer, more supported mindset during a season that can amplify stress, triggers, and overwhelm.

This ebook supports the parts of the holidays that can feel heavy or chaotic. The mental load, end of year pressure, and family dynamics that stir up old patterns can make it harder to stay grounded, hopeful, and clear. These 10 keys offer practical ways to reset your focus, take the next right step, and reconnect with what matters.

Inside, you will find action oriented practices like a positivity reset, trigger identification for tough conversations, future focused reflection, a balance check in to aim for harmony instead of perfection, and a playlist practice to support mood, focus, and motivation.

Details on registering can be found in the comments section.

On the ninth day of Holiday Stress Relief, Jocelyn Flores, MA, therapist and parent coach, is gifting you with Creating a Calm Corner for Your Kiddos, a parenting guide.

This restorative practice is designed to help you set up a simple calm corner at home, so your little ones have a familiar place to reset when big feelings show up.

This Calm Corner Blueprint supports the parts of the holiday season that can feel extra intense with toddlers. Late nights, skipped naps, noise, extra sugar, crowded rooms, travel, and constant transitions can make it harder for everyone to stay regulated. When your child tips into overwhelm, it can spike your stress too, especially if you are already carrying the mental load of making the most magical time of the year happen.

A calm corner is not about getting rid of feelings. It is about giving feelings a safe place to land.

On the eighth day of Holiday Stress Relief, Dr. Tamora Callands is gifting you with Reclaiming Your Sexual Values, a sexual values workbook.

This restorative practice is designed to help you slow down and get clear on what matters most to you in intimacy, connection, and pleasure, especially during a season that can strain relationships and make it harder to stay connected to yourself.

The holidays can create a unique kind of relational pressure. When you are emotionally depleted after family time, stretched thin by mental load, or out of rhythm from travel and disrupted routines, desire can feel distant and communication can get tense or avoidant.

This workbook offers a grounded way to reconnect with your own inner knowing, without shame and without forcing anything. You will be guided to clarify your needs and values, notice what supports connection, and reflect on how earlier relationship experiences can shape present day responses, with a gentle inner child lens for compassion and healing.

On the seventh day of Holiday Stress Relief, Dr. Katia Arroyo Carrion, relational trauma therapist, is gifting you with The Somatic Journal, a Guide to Mind-Body Awareness.

This restorative practice is designed to help you slow down and notice what your body has been carrying, especially during a season that can stir up tension, anxiety, and relational stress.

The Somatic Journal is for the parts of the holidays that leave you feeling activated, shut down, on edge, or emotionally depleted, particularly after family gatherings, difficult conversations, or pressure to keep the peace. It also supports the everyday build up of overwhelm and mental load that can make it harder to hear your own needs.

Inside, you will find a collection of practices, not just prompts, including a guided body scan with reflection, daily check ins and evening reflections to track stress and body cues, weekly review pages, stress and tension mapping using a body outline, and movement based practices for emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Details on registering for the 12 Days of Holiday Stress Relief can be found in the comments section.

On the sixth day of Holiday Stress Relief, Kristin Koliha from Welcome Home ADHD is gifting you with ADHD-Friendly Holiday Boundary Scripts, a boundary scripts guide.

This gift is for the parts of the season where expectations pile up, invitations roll in, and it starts to feel hard to hold your limits. It is especially supportive when you want to say no without overexplaining, leave early without guilt spiraling, respond to family pressure, or avoid overcommitting when your energy is already stretched thin.

Inside, you will find word for word scripts for common holiday stress points, short lines for overloaded moments, gentle prompts to help you name what you really want to say, and journal questions to help you understand your boundaries and honor them. These scripts help reduce decision fatigue and make follow through easier when the moment arrives.

On the fifth day of Holiday Stress Relief, Kim Bevans, an embodiment educator, is gifting you with Embodying Self Love and Compassion, a guided video practice.

This restorative practice is designed to help you pause and meet yourself with more kindness.

This gift is for the parts of the holiday season that can quietly wear you down. The pressure to do it all, the inner critic getting louder, family dynamics that leave you tense, or simply feeling tender in a season that asks a lot.

Kim guides you through an embodiment based self-compassion practice that helps you return to your body, soften self-judgment, and reconnect with gentleness and care. It is a supportive reset when you want a calmer rhythm for the rest of your day.
