It’s a good day and a good week! Here are two of many messages we got this week sharing their success from their appointments! We are fortunate and grateful that we receive clients along the coast as we are the only certified McKenzie clinic and Schroth scoliosis physical therapy clinic in the state. As we close out the year, here’s another success story that shows how important it is to have the right team around you in your scoliosis journey. We specialize in the Schroth method for scoliosis physical therapy treating those in Jacksonville and Saint Augustine, Florida as a guide to finding the right consistent reliable care needed for the most optimal outcomes. In one hour, we’ll be doing our next workshop at The Edge rock climbing gym going over everything you need to know about your hips, your back’s relationship to the hips injuries in a hamstring related to heel hooks and general injury prevention for anyone that’s looking for it. So what makes scoliosis exercises different? How are they different for each individual that has scoliosis?
At our clinic in Jacksonville, Florida we utilize the Schroth scoliosis method for scoliosis rehabilitation and treatment by teaching out clients how to move the asymmetry of their body in very specific ways. In this video, you can see one of our clients being taught how to move a curvature that’s on the right side of their body into a three dimensional correction to improve symmetry and capacity on the left. Each of our clients are brave and determined to learn habits and positions that they can take outside of our Schroth scoliosis physical therapy clinic. #904
