At Ruby Beach, we spotlight the team members who bring excellence, heart, and dedication to our clinic every single day. Today we’re proud to introduce Bridget, an RBT and fieldwork student who embodies work with purpose.
🌟 Why ABA?
Bridget’s inspiration comes from the educators and health professionals who shaped her childhood. She chose ABA as her way to give back helping kids find their voice and feel confident in their world.
🌟 What Makes Ruby Beach Different?
For Bridget, it’s the quality of feedback and the depth of mentorship she receives here. Our BCBAs invest in shaping strong practitioners, explaining the “why” behind every answer, supporting strengths, targeting growth, and raising the bar every day.
🌟 A Skill She’ll Carry Forward
Bridget has learned one of the most essential clinical skills: flexibility paired with simplicity. She’s learned that there are many ways to approach a problem, but the simplest solution that meaningfully supports the client and family is often the most powerful.
🌟 A Moment That Made Her Proud
A parent recently shared how their child came into the clinic laughing and happy after Bridget introduced a new program change to ease transitions. That moment of shared progress- parent, child, and provider - reminded her exactly why she does this work.

“Never stop pushing yourself to learn, but be patient with yourself. Growth is the goal, not perfection.”
