Today we visited the gorgeous Earth Salt Stone in San Marco for a deeply nourishing gentle yoga & yoga nidra practice in the salt cave with Tamara. We both left feeling so relaxed and grateful for her beautiful offering. Supporting our local yoga studios and wellness spaces is how we plan to spend our holiday break. We’re grateful to fill our cups while making a small tangible offering of support to spaces that could really use it right now. We have a couple places on our radar for Sunday, but feel free to share your offerings here. Who else can we support? Gentle yoga, sound, Kirtan, meditation are some of our favorites 💕

Our White Winter Glow SoundBath went AMAZING. This is the first event of its kind with the black light! This definitely will be an addition in the future. Sound Quest: A Sound Journey in the Salt Cave

Join us for a night under the stars, in a Salt Cave for a Sound Journey with Sound Quest!

Sound Quest is a Handpan duo consisting of Elise Diaganole and John Guinta. John has been playing Handpan professionally since 2011. John was instrumental in introducing this new musical art form to NE FL and pioneered the use of handpans in hospitals and medical facilities through the non profit he started in 2019, Streams of Sound. Elise brings a background playing keyboard and a degree from Berklee School of Music to the group. These musicians have been playing together for over a year, creating ambient soundscapes for a variety of wellness and medical applications. A typical “Sound Journey” or “Sound Bath” is anywhere from one hour, up to 90 mins. It starts off with grounding and intention setting, and is followed by a tapestry of sound woven together to create a sense of peace and relaxation for those present. In today’s busy non stop world it really can be a complete reset to experience bliss through listening and being still. I know you will enjoy the experience.

Our tree, supporting Holistic Business Association of Jacksonville, is officially on display in Balis Park!

Each tree has a QR code for voting. $1 = 1 vote and at least 50% of our tree's funds go to HBAJax. 25% goes to a pot for the tree with the most votes (help us win that!) and 25% goes to SMMA for events and beautification 💛

Our Lorax Christmas Tree is officially up in the Square!

We really had so much fun creating this one! Deanna came up with the idea, and I curated putting mostly all 100 pinwheels together, and we came together as a team to dress the tree! Speaking of which, the tree is decorated with orange and blue tinsel, bright ornaments, colorful pinwheels, and a reminder of what we all need this time of year.

The Lorax speaks for the trees, and honestly, that’s how we feel about small businesses. We try to speak up for the little guys — for the places that rely on community, heart, and connection. Without support, small businesses can get swept away. But with people who care? They can grow, thrive, and keep giving back to the community they love.
