Let’s talk about ibuprofen. one of the best options when pain or inflammation just won’t quit. 💪

While acetaminophen (Tylenol) works well for fever and general pain, ibuprofen can be a game-changer when inflammation is involved. think sore throat, body aches, swelling, or even post-workout soreness.

✅ Pro tip: Infant ibuprofen is more concentrated than children’s ibuprofen. so the dosing is different. Always double-check before giving it to your child.
⚠️ And while there isn’t a 100% clean ibuprofen (like in the Genexa line) yet, look for dye-free options to minimize unnecessary ingredients.

Sometimes, the simplest switch can make a world of difference. ❤️
