We are looking for a dedicated Direct Care Worker in the Jacksonville area to assist clients living with mobility limitations. Your duties will include performing housekeeping tasks, assisting clients with meals, and taking care of their personal hygiene needs.
*Must be able to pass a level 2 background screening. Trainings must be completed before start date. Cpr/First Aid required.

We have 3 shifts available. 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm & 11pm-7am.
