🚨Reminder: This Sunday at 1:00 pm is our last meeting! We will have free food and beverages as well as giveaways from and more! We will also be announcing the executive board for next year and going over some things to think about!

Please be there on time and be sure to DM us with any questions! Finally, the voting for the election closes today by 5 pm! You should have received the link in your email.

Hey Powerlifting Ospreys!!!

Great news! First T-shirt pick up will be this Friday December 15th @ 12:45-1:25 @ the Student Union. The second T-shirt pick up will be Saturday December 16th from 11:00-1:00 @ Jax Coffee Co. 📍

If neither of these dates/times work for you, send us a DM and see if any other days work for your schedule! 🤓

Also, if you want to pick it up at the first meeting that will work too. Our first meeting of the season will most likely be Sunday Jan. 21 @ 1:00, once we have the finalized date, we’ll publish it on here! 🗓️

If you didn’t buy a shirt yet, you can buy it at our first club meeting!! 👕

Tomorrow is our last meeting for Fall 2023!

Hey Ospreys!!

This is your reminder that this Saturday (October 14) will be our second club meeting for the semester and will feature a FREE strength seminar with Dr. Williams!

This seminar is perfect if you’re interested in strength training and learning proper techniques for squat, bench and deadlift, how to use accessories when performing the lifts and so much more! 🤓

When: Saturday, October 14th from 1:00-2:00 p.m.
Where: UNF Field house (building 26) room 1006

After the meeting, we will go over to the UNF gym to train together!

We will have free snacks, opportunities to sign up for future events, pay club dues and more! Hope to see y’all there 💪🏋️‍♀️🏋🏽‍♂️

Hey ospreys!! We’re so excited to be back for the 2023-2024 academic year!

Our first club meeting of the semester is this Saturday, Sept. 9th from 1:00-2:00 in the UNF Field-house, Building 26 (next to the UNF Gym). We will cover a multitude of topics from liability waiver, club dues, events & T-shirt designs!

We will have food, drinks & other freebies! 🤓🥨🧃🍿

Once the meeting is over, we’re going to go to the UNF Gym to lift together and offer tips/advice or answer any questions. If you’re new to UNF, please be sure to join our perch portal website (link in bio) to be added to our club roster for all the continued updates for the semester! ✅
