Paola Michelle Nagó is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist specializing in the evaluation and treatment of communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders resulting from traumatic brain injury (TBI), stroke, and other neurological conditions.
Patient Care Philosophy Michelle is dedicated to providing individualized, evidence-based therapy designed to promote recovery, safety, and an improved quality of life. Her approach is centered on creating a personalized plan that empowers patients to regain function and confidence in their daily lives.
Elite Experience & Credentials Michelle’s clinical background includes experience in the Neurology Department at Johns Hopkins University, where she evaluated and treated individuals with complex neurological and cognitive-linguistic impairments. She also trained at the Adventist Rehabilitation Hospital in Rockville, Maryland, working with patients on a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team. Prior to joining EMAS, she gained extensive experience across outpatient, inpatient, and academic medical settings.
