Let’s congratulate Tamsin! Our February Member of the Month. 🤩
Tamsin has loved coming to the gym and pushing herself. She continues to prove to herself just how much she can accomplish and how many goals she can achieve by showing up for herself! When asked, Tamsin stated she loves that she found a buddy system at the gym. People to help keep her accountable. She is so proud of herself; she even said she can now look at herself in the mirror and like what she sees. Her self confidence is SOARING! She has also quit smoking!!!!!!! Her fitness journey has led her to quit smoking and to focus on total overall health! WE ARE SO PROUD OF YOU TAMSIN!!! 💪🏋️‍♀️
