We believe mental health care should be a priority and available for everyone. That is why our Cohen Clinic works to reduce barriers to care, increase access, and work everyday to expand our services to all of the military community.
Here is what else we want you to know:
- When things get stressful or challenging, self-care is the first thing that gets compromised. Focusing on maintaining diet, exercise, and therapy even during challenges can have a huge impact on resiliency and coping.
- Treatment works! There are many evidence-based treatment options for PTSD, anxiety, depression, insomnia, relationship problems and more. The most important step is to reach out for help if you need it.
- Shown to be equally as effective as in-person therapy, telehealth sessions provide the same high-quality, confidential care.
- Therapy is a progression. It doesn't matter what type of treatment you are invested in, each session offers opportunities to change, heal, and grow.
