✨ The Holiday-Season Aches — yep, it’s a real thing!
Between long car rides and all-day airport travel, your body deserves some love this season. Here’s a quick posture reset to keep you feeling great and enjoying family time pain-free! 🙌
1️⃣ Sit Tall – Tilt your pelvis slightly forward and roll your shoulders up → back → and down.
2️⃣ Open Up – Interlock your fingers behind your head and take 3 deep, slow breaths to open your chest and lungs.
3️⃣ Neck Reset Pt. 1 – Drop your ear toward your shoulder (not shoulder to ear) and hold for 10 sec each side.
4️⃣ Neck Reset Pt. 2 – Tuck your chin to your chest and gently move your head side to side.
🚗✈️ You can do this mini routine at red lights, in the airport, on the plane, or right after parking at your destination.
