Maintaining your physical health is important but so is keeping up with your mental health. So we put together a list of activities that might help you do just that.
1) Do something new
2) Go on an adventure
3) Enjoy some music
4) Create something
5) Laugh out loud
6) Celebrate a holiday
7) Go somewhere new
8) Connect with nature
9) Spend time with friends
10) Do something nice for someone else

Keep moving forward in your weight loss journey! These 8 tips will help you stay on track.

1) Drink plenty of water
2) Eat a light breakfast
3) Track your food and calorie intake
4) Light to moderate exercise for at least 20 mins/day
5) Stick to 2 meals and healthy snacks in between
6) Reduce sugar intake
7) Read labels to avoid highly processed ingredients
8) Set goals and benchmarks for yourself

We get asked this question all the time - but it isn't quite so simple. For starters, there is no universal standard on how much weight is enough weight to lose - it really depends on your body type, your goals, and how active you are on a daily basis.
In order to achieve weight loss success, it is best to focus on healthy habits rather than strict numbers on the scale.
