We had so much fun at our Halloween themed yoga class. We had a cheeseburger, mummy, and two police officers participating in all the ghoulish fun! We played monster tag, Trick or Treat (red light, green light), and monster freeze dance. We meditated with some Halloween soundscape and did some breath work (smelling the pumpkin pie and blowing out the Jack o lanterns candle). Then we ended the class with a monster shape craft.
