My Top 3 Tips for Eating Right:
• Color Your Plate: Aim for at least three different colors in every meal. Different colors = different nutrients (and a much prettier photo!). 🌈
• Listen to Your Hunger: Try "Mindful Eating." Slow down, chew thoroughly, and check in with your body to see if you're actually full before reaching for seconds. 🧘
• Hydrate First: Sometimes we mistake thirst for hunger. Keep a reusable bottle handy and aim to sip throughout the day! 💧
