'Tis the season for another round of seasonal allergies!

Remember these important tips for finding relief this fall:
✅Tip #1 - Start your allergy meds before the symptoms start. Using nasal steroid sprays like Flonase or even oral medication like Zyrtex can help. Talk to your provider to see what option works best for you!
✅Tip #2 - Don't bring pollen inside. Make sure to wipe your shoes or dust off your pets before entering your home!
✅Tip #3 - Watch for asthma flares. If you or your child has asthma in addition to allergies, talk to your provider to see what steps you should take to control your allergy symptoms and asthma!
✅ #4 - Remember it's cold and flu season, too. Remember, allergies do not cause fevers; infections do!

If you continue to struggle with allergy symptoms, please reach out to your provider to discuss allergy testing.
