Join us in welcoming some wonderful new faces to our team—Tommy, Kyla, and Abby!

Tommy, named after her grandpa, joins us as a caregiver and already brings so much warmth and joy to the community. She shared how amazing it feels to work here, surrounded by helpful teammates and kind residents. (And yes—she’s a fan of Reese’s!)

Kyla is our new PM Med Tech. She loves blackberry hibiscus tea, and we made sure our breakroom is stocked just for her!

Abby is the newest addition to our caregiving team. She’s full of positive energy and loves a good snack, especially chips—so we treated her to a colorful assortment.

We’re so happy to have these three caring team members on board. Welcome to the family!

It was a picture-perfect day at Lithia Park! Residents admired the breathtaking fall scenery and discovered the newly restored Japanese Garden nestled within the park. The outing was a wonderful mix of nature, relaxation, and great conversation.

Our latest Kids Korner was a hit! Residents and kids shared photos, stories, and laughter before diving into an exciting round of Battle Ball. These visits always bring so much energy and heart to our community.

Our team spotlight shines on Gypsy! Gypsy is our Employee of the Month. She was chosen for her ability to take everything that comes at her head on and her willingness to help other staff members. You will always see her with a smile on her face, and her continued positivity brings joy to all who work with her. She is originally from Colorado, and when she is not at work, she enjoys being outdoors and diving into creative hobbies like beading and painting.

Our resident spotlight shines on Joan! Joan is a longtime resident of Pioneer Village. She even lived right up the street before moving in many years ago. Joan is a very fun resident to be around. To her, age is just a number, and she’s never let it stop her from having a good time or a good adventure. Joan is a part of the Welcoming Committee and takes her job very seriously, making sure all new residents feel at home.
