Helping patients feel better every day! I love my job.

First swim since I started my journey and started getting and care! Both my chiropractor and massage therapist told me I’d notice a significant change when I got back to the water. I sure did!!! My strokes were so balanced and I had such great overreach range in my shoulders, arms and ribs. No pain anywhere, and I was able to sprint intermittently. This morning I completed a 1/2 mile swim after an early morning (short) run and a little time on the elliptical. I’m going to focus on over the next few weeks, as it’s a great tool to handle stress and anxiety. And really, I need all the help I can get. The is great for endurance athletes, I hear. Thanks so much for your questions and messages!! I’ll answer each one as I can! I won’t forget, I promise. Take care and thanks for being here! Now I must take my diarrhea dog to the vet.
