This position is a key role in our office and requires someone who can manage multiple tasks while providing excellent service to our patients.

Qualifications:

✅ Excellent phone and communication skills
✅ Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
✅ Proficient in Microsoft Excel
✅ Detail-oriented when managing office calendars and scheduling
✅ Experience with insurance verification preferred
✅ Professional attitude and strong work ethic

The front desk is the gatekeeper of the office, so attention to detail and reliability are essential.
