At Auntie Peaches, the health and safety of our customers and team members is our top priority. We currently have a No Touch Policy in place due to COVID and other communicable illnesses as part of our commitment to helping prevent the spread of illness and protecting everyone in our store.

This policy is clearly posted on our front door, and each guest is informed by our associates upon entering.

We kindly ask that all visitors respect and follow this policy while shopping with us. If a customer chooses not to comply with our store policies, we will be unable to provide service and they will be asked to leave the premises.

We’re introducing time-based wellness consultations to better support our growing community—right on the retail floor.

Options:
15-min A La Carte Consult | $10
For extended questions or focused guidance

20–30-min Boutique Consult | $30
Deeper, personalized support with our trained herbalists and naturopathic herbalists.

(May be applied to products with manager approval- BC Only)

Good to know:
- Regular shopping help is not affected
- If a conversation goes beyond ~10 minutes, a consult may be offered
- Complex needs can be scheduled with Lemongrass Health Boutique

At Auntie Peaches, we truly value connecting with you and helping you find what best supports your wellness journey. As our community continues to grow, our apothecary has become a wonderfully busy space—and to serve everyone more efficiently and thoughtfully, we’re introducing a few new service options designed to support both you and our team.

Effective January 31, 2026, we’re offering time-based consultation services, all provided right on the retail floor.

Our New Consultation Options

A La Carte Consultation—15 minutes | $10
- Perfect for EXTENDED wellness talks or focused guidance when you need a little additional direction beyond normal customer service.

Boutique Consultation—20–30 minutes | $30
- Ideal for a deeper, more personalized experience.
- These sessions reflect the specialized knowledge of our professionally trained naturopathic herbalist assistants and naturopathic herbalists.

***With management approval, this fee may be applied toward product purchases (on boutique consults only).

What This Means for You
* These consultation services are designed for customers who are unsure of their needs and would like dedicated guidance.
* Active shoppers who are browsing or making purchases are not impacted.
* Because we’re a busy retail space, extended health conversations are best supported through these structured options so our team can continue assisting everyone with care and attention.

IF a conversation extends beyond approximately 10 minutes, our team may kindly offer:

* A Boutique Consultation, or
* Assistance with scheduling a service for another time that allows for more focused support.

For more complex needs—such as reviewing health reports or discussing detailed wellness plans—our team will happily help you schedule a Traditional Consultation or Comprehensive Assessment with our sister company, Lemongrass Health Boutique.
