Dr. Stephen R. Arndt is a board-certified and fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon specializing in foot and ankle care. For Nils, co-owner of Crème de la Cocoa, a full-service dessert company in St. Augustine, a sudden arm injury put his work and daily responsibilities on hold.

He turned to Southeast Orthopedic Specialists for help and visited SOS Direct, the walk-in clinic for urgent orthopedic care, where Dr. Lampley evaluated him and quickly diagnosed a distal biceps tendon rupture.
