Two classes into our fall yoga series and it's feeling GOOD 🧘🏻♀️😌
We are soaking in all the changes of fall, seasonal AND symbolic ✨. What does that mean?!
Well, we begin with a few minutes of breathing and meditation, reflecting on weekly quotes and thoughts (this month it's all related to the fall season and elements of🍃change🍂). For example, so far we've had themes including the balance of control + surrender, exploring new possibilities, and the unexpected joy that might come from elements of surprise this month!
Then we move into our physical practice! I always include seated mobility, static and dynamic poses for strength & balance, moments of pause, feel-good stretches, a restful finish and so much more along the way! Balanced therapy for body, mind, & soul?? Check! ✅
