Thanksgiving doesn’t have to feel stressful when you’re working on your health. A balanced plate helps you stay energized, avoid the afternoon crash, and still enjoy every bite.

Build your plate like this:
🦃 Protein first to keep you satisfied
🥦 Fill half with veggies for fiber + volume
🍠 Pick the carbs you love, not the ones you feel obligated to take
🧈 Add fats mindfully. They’re flavorful, just easy to overdo
💧 And drink water throughout the meal

You don’t need to skip dessert.
You don’t need to “earn” your food.
You don’t need to feel guilty.
