🦃 Protein first to keep you satisfied
🥦 Fill half with veggies for fiber + volume
🍠 Pick the carbs you love, not the ones you feel obligated to take
🧈 Add fats mindfully. They’re flavorful, just easy to overdo
💧 And drink water throughout the meal
