Always grateful for the chance to work with athletes who are serious about their craft.

Had a great session yesterday with Caden Cahoy, a local Olympic lifter putting in the work as he gears up for a big competitive season and keeps his sights set on the 2028 Olympics in LA.

High-level goals require high-level preparation — and taking care of the little things before they become big ones.

You can’t measure change if you don’t track it.
That’s why we use a hand-held dynamometer.
Objective strength numbers = targeted treatment.

Rehab works best when it’s measurable.
By objectively testing strength, we can identify true deficits, track progress over time, and make your treatment more specific to what you actually need.
