💙 ACTive Family is Honored to Support Superheroes 4 Mason 💙

This Christmas season, we are teaming up with Superheroes 4 Mason to collect toys in loving memory of Mason, a brave little boy within our community who passed away from meningoencephalitis. To honor his life and love, Mason’s family began a memorial foundation dedicated to bringing joy and happiness to children within our community - an endeavor they have lovingly carried forward for the past 7 years.To honor Mason and support families walking through difficult medical journeys as well as families in need within our community, we are collecting new, unwrapped toys that will be donated to UCOM and Wolfson’s Children’s Hospital.

✨ How You Can Help
Drop off a toy at our office and help bring smiles, comfort, and hope to children receiving care this holiday season. Every donation, big or small, makes a difference.

💥 Meet Cody! 💥

Now that everyone knows Cody is coming onboard, let’s learn a little more about him!

We’re beyond excited to welcome Dr. Cody Grady, PT, DPT to the ACTive Family PT team later this month! 🙌
Cody earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine, where he went to school with Mick and Kaylee. Before joining us, he worked as a sports physical therapist at The Jameson Crane Sports Medicine Institute, treating athletes of all levels.

He also spent time working with active-duty military in Southern California, where he learned the value of teamwork and strong communication throughout every plan of care. 🇺🇸

Cody is passionate about:
⚡️ Injury prevention
⚡️ Enhancing sports performance
⚡️ Helping athletes return safely to the activities they love

He loves working with athletes of all ages, especially in football, golf, and running. 🏈⛳️🏃‍♂️

Outside the clinic, Cody enjoys traveling, staying active, and cheering on the Buckeyes with family and friends (we promised him we’d let that slide… for now 😉🐊).

Cody starts seeing clients October 27th, but you can meet him in the clinic during his shadowing week starting October 20th!

With that change, I wanted to give you a quick heads-up about Mick's updated schedule starting the week of July 28th:

Momentum Fit: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

CrossFit 904: Tuesdays and Fridays

It’s a small shift, but we wanted to make sure you had the info to plan ahead when booking visits.

This change will open up more total hours for you to get treated by Active Family going forward!!
