Core Chiropractic, previously Sambursky Chiropractic, offers services and care to improve the quality of life for our patients through the chiropractic adjustment; one-on-one health education and support for our patients; and additional wellness services. At Core Chiropractic, we find the cause of your symptoms, make changes to your body so that it can heal on its own, and set you on the path to have the kind of life that you deserve. Our mission: To educate, enable, and inspire the Jacksonville community to realize and fulfill their full health potential so that they may maximize their life experience and enrich the lives of those around them.
