There are so many postpartum rituals around the world that seem to be a lot art.

Benkung belly binding, a Malaysian practice is used to support the body, organs and bones to return to their non pregnancy positions.

Pregnancy is so expansive and moves everything around. It feels good to have physical support.

🌈We're always supported by the universe.

Our stories dictate much of what we experience and our egos will make us right about it.

It's called cognitive dissonance.

I didn't learn that in psychology school. I learned it from my 13 year old niece.

We will prove ourselves right about anything. Whether it's our pain or pleasure.

So become aware of your patterns and slowly begin to make changes to end and complete those behaviors that aren't making you feel fulfilled.

🌎The most difficult thing for me as a creatrix has been adapting to the internet world.

Transcribing My inner world into teachings, organizing it all and using an intuitive platform to express them.

I've tried a few platforms this year and just couldn't get unstuck.

There were so many barriers.
Obstacles to figure out.

Living in the tech age it seemed like I had to be an expert at it all or it just wouldn't work.

I bought courses, studied and learned what I could about launching an online course and creating content, blah blah blah.

In reality, it all helped and it didn't.

It was more a personal growth jounery of worthiness than actually learning how to do it all.

And today...
I am really doing it.

💦If you ask me what I do to help women achieve better s*x, love, & relationships...

I will tell you that I use ritual with the breath, sound, and movement to access higher states of consciousness.

🌟In these states we can see beyond the stories and illusions of the mind and see what is true.

We become the observer of our lives

Rather than getting lost in the middle of it all.

It's easy to get lost.

🌟And it takes diligent practice to be able to discern what is real and what our minds make up.

Because emotions feel real.

They are in the body.

But as we practice, we learn to feel safe in our bodies and we can keep opening up to new levels of deeply rooted expansion.

🔥Inviting Shakti into our lives is a beautiful thing when we can see beyond the past and the illusions that satisfy our need to suffer.

Shakti is here to bring joy, love, laughter and ease into our lives.

🔥Awakening Shakti life force energy is awakening a force that can destroy you or support you beyond your wildest dreams.

❌I've felt the untethered awakening and I don't wish that upon anyone.

⭐We become spiritual to end the pattern of suffering.⭐

☺We learn to enjoy our bodies and our lives.

🍃We become one with the natural rhythms of nature and abundance to be in our power.

💸To be able to help others. We have to make money to be able to help each other.

🌈I want to invest in my brothers and sisters who are making a difference in people's lives.

🌈I want to be able to hire a team to help my mission expand. I am not afraid of money.

💸Money LOVES me. Money allows me the opportunity to share the good message of love. Life is meant to be enjoyed.

So let's live it.

🍃🌎Healing our s*xuality means we come into wholeness with ourselves.

It means we learn to love all parts of ourselves that we've learned to shame.

And in the process we learn to love our family better.

We learn to let go of our judgments we have of them, because we no longer judge ourselves so strictly.

There is healing across the lineage when we do our work to reclaim our bodies and our innate wisdom.

🔥we were born into patriarchy.
born into the idea that we are bad and wrong for being women.

🩸for bleeding and for having intuition.
for feeling connected to the earth and the elements.

it is your birthright to be in touch with your feminine wisdom.

slow down when you bleed and listen.

listen to your dreams and the nature around you.

❌stop pulgging up your flow with chemicals and hormones that hinder you from being in your fullest most radiant form.

the powers that be live for you to feel small.

They are betting on you forgetting and submitting to the collective conditioning that has been running the show.

They are betting on you believing that you are inferior.

That you are dirty.

That you are not capable of doing as good as others because of being a women.

Slowing down is rebellion.

Slowing down is giving your feminine a chance to breathe.

Slowing down allows your nervous system. Time to rest. To reset. To recharge.

🌈Slowing down allows your inner voice of knowing to come through in the form of inspirations, creativity, Ideas, dreams, visions all for the healing of the future.

For yourself. For your family. For the community. For the planet.

💕It takes Self Devotion to Hire a Coach 💕

So excited to have created the space for all this coaching going on. I have been the one coached for the past 3 years. I've had 3 epic women on my team, helping me resolve old traumas and connect to my feelings and inner wisdom I hold.

It has taken devotion to my healing and rising of a feminine leader to lean into these containers with nothing to lose.

As I'm coaching my dear friends and soul sisters, I see my past self in them. The willingness and the readiness for their next level.
