Good evening! My daughter, Maristela Soberano, is conducting a research survey, and I would like to invite you to participate.

“Greetings from Maristela Soberano and Jack Woeste at Encore Borland Groover Clinical Research,

We are pre-med research assistants asking for your help. We are conducting a survey looking to better understand patients’ and gastroenterologists’ preferences of the various colorectal cancer (CRC) screening methods.

Very little is known about the CRC screening preferences of gastroenterologists, compared to their patients, and this study aims to close this gap in understanding. The analysis of this data will help in increasing CRC screening rates and patient satisfaction.

This survey will be anonymous and take about 10 minutes.

Please complete the survey only if you meet all of the following criteria:
1. Ages 45-75
2. No family history of CRC in 1st degree relatives (parents, siblings, and children)
3. No personal history of colon polyps
