And so begins my attempt to join the modern world and the age of social media marketing.
I’ve been in Jacksonville for over 6 months now and have a pretty good lay of the land... as well as my professional massage license! Woohoo! 20 years after graduating I passed the national licensing exam first try! Not bad for an ole lady!

As many of you know I’m really not very good at this stuff! I like to see what’s happening in the world and mostly post information I find interesting.... probably not as entertaining as kitty videos, which I love too however my passion for the world and its challenges and victories always draws me in. As a healing Arts Practitioner it makes sense I suppose.

I will now attempt to connect the work that I do as a massage therapist, Biodynamic Craniosacral Practioner and Ayurvedic counselor to my interest in the living world around us.
It is inseparable you see.
