I’ll be teaching the symbols of the Tarot over Zoom in January and am so excited about this new venture! Having read for many, many people over the past nearly 45 years, I’ve found it to be of immense help to those drawn to this “different way of knowing.” All readings and classes begin with the prayer invoking the Highest Beings of Light and Love and that we work within Divine Will and for the Highest Good of all souls concerned. Blessings, All!🙏❤️ —Thanks to Facebook Memories today from 7 years ago which inspired this post.

We’re looking forward to seeing returning students, as well as new students—All Saints Episcopal Church, Jacksonville, Florida on Thursday mornings: Mat Yoga 8:30-9:30 am; Chair Yoga 9:30-10:15 am. Yoga Classes this beautiful spring-like morning in Jacksonville, Florida with Instructor Karen McDonald. For the past year, we’ve necessarily been practicing yoga outside each week regardless of temperature or weather. So grateful to All Saints Episcopal Church for the continuation throughout the pandemic of our yoga practice, a discipline which contributes to our wellbeing physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. All are welcome, from those brand new to yoga to well-seasoned practitioners. Thursdays—Gentle Yoga Class: 8:30-9:30 am; Chair Yoga: 9:30-10:10 am. See you next week? Hope so!🙏🧘‍♀️🕊🧘‍♂️❤️ (Photos from this morning’s yoga classes, which somehow disappeared from the previous post.)

“And what is it to cease breathing, but to free the breath from its restless tides, that it may rise and expand and seek God unencumbered?
Only when you drink from the river of silence may you indeed sing.
And when you have reached the mountain top, then you shall begin to climb.
And when the earth shall claim your limbs, then shall you truly dance.”—Khalil Gibran

To all who have lost loved ones, may we “find Strength in what remains behind”* and celebrate their well lived lives. May Light perpetual shine on them—and on us.
*”Intimations of Immortality,” Wordsworth, written in 1807
