Bob Eugene “Gene” Snyder, age 75, of Roland, Arkansas passed away on April 5, 2026. He was born in DeWitt, Arkansas on August 6, 1950 to his parents Bob and Alice Snyder.

Gene was a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend. Through his many years of dedication to provide for his wife, Patricia, his true calling as a proud provider was when he and his loving wife adopted their first daughter, Sara, followed later by the adoption of their second daughter, Emily. In the years that followed, he became the world’s best grandfather to Sara’s son, Koen, and Emily’s daughter, Georgia. He was known for his hobbies far and wide such as fishing, flying, and race car driving. He worked as a cross-country long hauler and auctioneer. He once got 2nd place in a national auctioneer competition. No one knew him better for his giant heart than his family.

Linda Darnell Burchfield Estes, born January 12, 1942, peacefully departed this earth on April 8, 2026, at 12:21 a.m.

She was preceded in death by her father James Burchfield and Mother, Zona Steed Burchfield of Hughes, Arkansas. She is survived by her son, Burch Estes and his wife, Michelle of Pearland, Texas; her first granddaughter, Chloe Estes Irvin and her husband, Andrew of Memphis, Tennessee and her younger granddaughter, Claire Estes of Houston, Texas; and by her daughter, Deanna Estes Burgess and her husband, Bart of Maumelle, Arkansas.

Linda was a determined child who lived a life full of wonder and curiosity about the world with a constant gleam in her eye for her father. As an only child, she embraced opportunities to take trips with her parents down to the family homestead, about half a day's drive from Hughes to Lobutcha, Mississippi.

Esther Kay Grissom, age 67, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on April 4, 2926. She was born in Little Rock on June 19, 1958 to George and Myrtle Harris.

Esther is preceded in death by her parents, brother Tommy Harris, and son Michael Shawn Grissom.

She is survived by her niece Carmelia Johnson, ex-husband Mike Grissom, two best friends Eddie Upton and James Witherspoon, and her beloved dog Bossy.

Esther loved animals, especially horses, and was often found at the dirt track watching the races.

Judith Faye Townsend, 80, the fifth child born to Philmore and Edna Townsend passed away on April 8, 2026. She was predeceased by her parents and five siblings, Billy Townsend, Phyllis Ballentine, Betty Maxwell, Bobbie Forbush and Sheila Townsend, also niece Rhonda Burrow, nephews Delbert Ballentine Jr. Richard Strickland and Jason Seavers. Great nephew Anthony Ballentine and Great nieces Cameron Townsend and Emma Rogers. She is survived by brother Stan and wife Linda Townsend, sister Donna Seavers and husband Gary, all of Little Rock., she is also survived by sister Vicky Townsend of Cabot Arkansas, many nieces and nephews and friends.

Judy had a kind spirit and loved children. She had many nephews and nieces whom she cherished. She was an avid fan of the Yankees, old John Wayne movies and her daily soap operas. She seldom got angry but interfering with her soaps might arouse a little anger.
