Dr. Stephanie Aubrey is the owner of PT Works LLC, a physical therapy practice that bridges the gap between rehab and performance.

Dr. Aubrey believes in a holistic approach using a variety of modalities including dry needling, cupping, and AISTM, to improve the client's overall quality of life.

Dr. Aubrey is also part of the contributing faculty at the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and is the founder of The Phoenix Regiment .regiment a non-profit organization that is dedicated to providing physical therapy and wellness services to first responders and veterans.

The Elite Wellness Center is proud to officially welcome our newest partner Chris Wessler of Infinite Nutrition. Chris enlisted with the Florida National Guard in August of 2003 and been active duty in Jacksonville since July 2016. Chris holds the following certifications: CrossFit Level 2, USA Weightlifting Level 1, Precision Nutrition Level 1 and Nutritional Coaching Institute Level 1.

Nutrition is integral element to overall wellness and connected to mental and physical health. We are excited to have Chris helping our Jax community members on their nutritional wellness journey.

We are excited to announce the addition of Sam Cartina, Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, owner of Nourish Lift Repeat to the Elite Wellness Center. Sam is a fellow CrossFit athlete and coaches athletes and non athletes on how to shift their mindset and relationship around fitness and nutrition through an intuitive eating approach. This method is proven to sustainably gain strength, endurance, and self-confidence by eliminating stress, fad-dieting, and obsession around eating.
