Happy New Year!!🎉🎉
As we step into 2026, let us embrace the truth of Isaiah 9:6:
“For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.”
This year, may the Wonderful Counselor guide us in every area of our lives—our health, our bodies, our eating habits, our weight loss goals, our spiritual growth, our families, finances, and every decision we face. In Hebrew culture, a counselor is more than an advisor; a counselor is a strategist, a planner, one who gives wise instruction.
God doesn’t just advise us—He knows the end from the beginning. He gives us clarity, discipline, and wisdom to make healthier choices, to break unhealthy cycles, and to take control of our lives. As we focus on wellness this year, may He show us what to eat, when to rest, how to move our bodies, and how to steward our health in alignment with His will.
Let us trust Him to direct our steps—whether that means committing to weight loss, choosing nourishing foods, prioritizing movement, managing stress, or healing our bodies from the inside out. His wisdom undergirds every area of our wellness journey.
Let us daily praise and thank our Wonderful Counselor for His guidance—not only spiritually, but also in how we care for our bodies, which are His temple. May we lift Him up in prayer, grateful for His strategies, discipline, and direction in every step we take toward healthier living.
As we journey into this new year together, may we walk boldly—mind, body, and spirit—knowing we have divine wisdom, strength, and a clear plan for every season of our wellness journey.
Here’s to a 2026 filled with healing, discipline, weight loss victories, divine wisdom, favor, and purposeful steps.
With love and faith,
Chantina Davis, PA-C
