All organic immune boosting mixture of elderberries, cinnamon, cloves, chaga, cardamom, hibiscus and ginger! Just add honey! Thursday September 10th I’ll be teaching a FREE socially distanced class about elder and how to use the flower and berries to support your family’s health on the Pettee Library lawn. I will also offer an improvised outdoor demo on how to brew up elderberry syrup at home this fall. Handout and sample included! Please wear masks and bring a folding chair! Teens encouraged to attend!

*I will also have individual bags of organic elderberries available for sale for $5 to take home and sources where you can buy your own berries in bulk and plants to grow your own!

Try different Herbal Bath Recipes in your Bath Tea Bags. Keep them in an air tight container in the bath area or give them as gifts any time of the year!
