Our neighborhood, like yoga, has offered us a sanctuary of spirit in the urban environment. Embracing diversity and honoring that which connects us all, our mission is to establish a community model that celebrates physical, emotional, and spiritual awareness for JP and beyond.We offer heated and warmed Yinyasa-style yoga which is often accompanied by music. We offer more than 50 classes per week offering specialty classes which you can check out on our websites schedule page. Our mission remains one of serving our community to support health and well-being. Our knowledgeable staff is available to address any further questions you may have. For those new to the studio, take advantage of our heavily discounted new member special -- $30 for 2 weeks of unlimited classes. We offer a 200 hour yoga teacher training once a year. We have frequent weekend workshops featuring invited faculty as well as musical events with live performances. Our first 4-week series was such a success, and we heard from so many participants that this space for rest, connection, and gentle movement felt deeply needed in early parenthood. 💛
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Join us on Fridays from 1:30–2:45 pm — purchase a 4 session pack for $100 (valid for 3 months) or drop in for $30.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This class is designed for newly postpartum folks who’ve been cleared for exercise (generally 6+ weeks after birth). Movements are offered in support of the postpartum body, with special guidance on restoring the pelvic floor and core stability.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Each session includes a check-in and care for the areas that work hardest during life with a newborn — backs, necks, shoulders, and chest. You’re welcome with or without your pre-mobile baby (who’s not yet crawling or walking).

Bring a blanket, toy, or cushion to make your little one comfortable — and feel free to feed, diaper, or rest as needed.

In the warmth of our heated studio — set to a comfortable, supportive temperature — Kiera and Johnathon will guide you through a restorative blend of massage ball rolling, yin-inspired poses, and spacious holds to soothe the soft tissue and calm the nervous system.

Drawing from yogic tradition and Traditional Chinese Medicine, Stacey will guide you through a full-body practice centered on the Lung and Large Intestine systems — helping you take in what serves and gently let go of what doesn’t.

THIS FRIDAY 10/31 postpartum nurse and lactation consultant Abby Coakley will offer an informal Q&A after the Postpartum “Baby & Me” Yoga workshop from 1:30 - 2:45 PM.

This workshop led by Jill Rodgers is a gentle space for new parents (6+ weeks postpartum) to reconnect with their bodies and find ease through movement, community, and rest. You’ll focus on core and pelvic floor stability, release tension in the upper body, and honor the full range of postpartum experiences - all with the option to include your baby in practice.

The final workshop session of this four week series is 11/7 from 1:30-2:45 PM.

This February, join longtime JPCY teacher Alana Brennan and her dear friend Kari Jacobsen for a week long retreat just north of Cabo San Lucas.

Each morning begins with Alana’s steady, strengthening vinyasa style practice, and each evening closes with Kari’s grounding Yin, Restorative, and Yoga Nidra sessions. In between you’ll experience nourishing gourmet meals, warm ocean air, and space to unwind.
