1. What time did Neilon become ill at home, and what were the circumstances surrounding his condition?
2. What medical care was provided upon arrival at the hospital, and was immediate attention given?
3. Was an official report provided to the family or the committee that requested the private autopsy?
4. Has the toxicology report been completed, and if so, what were the findings?
5. Regarding the mention of organ failure, isn't this a common occurrence in most deaths?
6. Given the suspicious nature of Neilon's death, shouldn't the police department and Department of Health be actively involved in the investigation?
7. With three deaths occurring within a short timeframe from the same work environment, shouldn't the authorities be exploring potential connections?

I join my family in seeking answers and truth. We deserve transparency and accountability. I urge the relevant authorities to provide a full and detailed report to bring clarity to this situation. Let's work together to ensure justice for Neilon and his loved ones."
