Roxanne is a native of Wimbledon, ND. She received her Master's Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of Mary in Bismarck. Roxanne worked at the North Dakota State Hospital, Essentia Health, Medallus Medical, and Cerebral Mental Health prior to joining Inspired Healthcare in April of 2021. She has 3 grown children and 9 grandchildren. She and her husband have lived in Jamestown since the 1980's.
Fun fact about Roxanne: she goes to the gym 4-5 times per week and enjoys lifting heavy weights. "I love to challenge myself to lift heavier and I am working really hard to master pull ups". When she's not at work or in the gym, she enjoys spending time at home with her husband and 2 dogs. Favorite things to do are bake, read, flower garden and travel.

I highly recommend this book. As the owner of Inspired, Becky, I buy this book for a lot of school systems. I remember the day my dad called me and told me of Cassidy. He didn’t know her, but of course knows the family in our small town. This affected even the elderly men’s coffee group.

Insomnia, depression, and anxiety are closely connected — each one can trigger or worsen the others. 💤💭

When anxiety keeps your mind racing, sleep becomes harder to find. Lack of rest can then deepen feelings of sadness or hopelessness, fueling depression. And depression itself often disrupts sleep patterns, creating a difficult cycle that’s hard to break.
