💔💔How to do step by step :-
Cow (inhale)
1. Inhale deeply.
2. Drop your belly toward the mat.
3. Lift your chest and tailbone up.
4. Gaze slightly forward/up — neck follows the spine (no strain).

Cat (exhale)
1. Exhale fully.
2. Draw your belly up toward your spine.
3. Round your back up toward the ceiling, tucking tailbone.
4. Drop your head toward your chest.

Repeat & tips
• Move slowly with your breath: inhale = Cow, exhale = Cat.
• Do 5–10 rounds or as feels good.
• Keep shoulders away from ears; press evenly through palms.
• Modify: put a folded blanket under knees for comfort.
• Stop if you feel sharp pain; move gently.
