Quality Hospice Care opened its doors in November 2012 as a locally owned, family-based business serving Fentress, Overton, Scott, Morgan, Pickett, Jackson, and Clay counties. Quality Hospice Care is privately owned and licensed in the state of Tennessee. We are invested in our communities and value the lives of those we serve. When called upon, we promise to provide physical, emotional, social, and spiritual support to terminally ill patients, as well as their families and loved ones, while assisting patients and families to live with dignity and comfort as they cope with end-of-life issues. Quality Hospice Care’s highly trained and experienced staff treat the patient, not the disease. The focus is on care, not cure. We value honesty, integrity, strong work ethic, loyalty, teamwork, dependability, and compassion. Our staff is focused on providing the high level of care you or your loved one deserves. We include the patient and family in the decision-making process. Hospice is a special kind of caring.

Welcome Cindy Novetri, LPN, to the Quality Hospice Care office! “I have been an LPN since 1998 with experience in Med-Surg, Pediatrics, home health, LTC and psych. I have three grown children and six grandchildren. I enjoy watching movies and helping people, especially the soldiers deployed (sending care packages monthly),
reading and being at home. I eventually want to continue my education, obtaining a degree to pursue case management once my
