As if I don’t have enough problems already…. I’ve come to find that my entire schedule is GONE. Square says they are working on it…. I hope that is the case. Thankfully my personal calendar was synced with my massage sessions so I am working off of the at. I have started to fill in a back up schedule to make sure everything is correct. If you receive an appointment notification that is why and if something is incorrect please let me know. I’m kind of at a stand still until I get my appointments filled in to continue to get everyone rescheduled. I’m hoping to have this resolved by today. I’m so sorry for the inconvenience!

💫LONG GRATITUDE POST💫

I cannot thank my friends, family and clients for always supporting me. Seeing the improvement and progress in my clients is rewarding enough for me but being recognized for something you pour your heart into is the best feeling. So many big changes this year and with change there was many challenging moments but what is that saying? “The best things do not come easy.” Failing was not and never will be an option even if I may look back and think “Maybe picking up that shovel wasn’t the best option.” My clients have become people I truly care about and I hope every one of you continue to progress and get to point that you can carry out your life without restrictions. We are getting closer to closing up these renovations (I hope🤞🏼) I can’t wait to provide some added relief and relaxation options to utilize especially when the wait can be long getting on my schedule. Also, I have the best family and friends. My endless gratitude goes out to you for being patient with the late nights, babysitting, helping with renovations and the stress of this new location. Shout out to Terri Rosemore for allowing me to keep my Red/UV Light tanning bed up and running at her location so the my clients can still utilize that service, youre the best! MY HUSBAND THOUGH, he may have been fired from multiple made up positions but he really is the MVP. He has worked tirelessly with very little complaining. I swear there us not anything he cannot do. I would not be able to accomplish any of this without him. It still seems shocking to me that this man has the patience to put up with me let alone renovate an entire building for me. Allowing me to pursue my dreams is something that I will not ever forget. 🥹🥹 This year ended with a sh*tshow so let’s get on to the New Year, new me part.

✨I am SUPER fascinated by this✨ The general opinion on the ionic foot detox was about 50/50 online. Some people said that it was a difference in the properties of the tap water making different colors and the other half said it worked and they wholeheartedly believed it was removing toxins from their body. I tried it and I noticed a difference, I also noticed a difference if I went a long time without a detox, my energy level mainly. I felt groggy, unmotivated and basically lazy. I decided that it did not matter if it was all in my head, it made me feel pretty good so I was going to continue doing it. I kept saying months ago that there might be something going on in my body because my detox water all of the sudden was very dark and it never lightened no matter how often I used it but I felt fine so i was confused. Then one day I was not fine and had to have my gallbladder removed. Periodically I take pictures of the water to monitor it. Went back and checked and the answer was literally staring me right in the face. Dark green: detoxifying from gallbladder. After it was removed you only see a little dark green color and then nothing because I obviously no longer have a gallbladder to detox. A lot of orange more than likely from the pancreatitis, but now my water is lightening ever time I do it as it was previously. Now no one can convince me it isn’t filtering out the toxins in my body. 😳

Whew! The last week has been a whirlwind for me. Friday I had gotten sick for a few hours which seemed odd to me and had to cancel my afternoon clients because it just hit me like a ton of bricks. Throughout the weekend I felt a little weak but fine overall so I didn’t question what had happened. Monday I carried out my day like any other and the immense pain that came on all of the sudden was pretty scary. I had to try and muster up the strength to Inform my client that I could not do her massage and then ended up asking her for a ride to the hospital. Thank you to my client and I am soo sorry I probably scared the heck out of you. Turns out my gall bladder was full of stones and needed to make an exit. Then feeling equally as miserable even after I had my gall bladder removed I’m now on my way for another procedure to remove a stone stuck in the bile duct that is causing bile to back up in my body here. Hopefully this is the answer and I will be on the mend. I will reach out to reschedule appointments as soon as I am able. Thank you to all of my clients that have been extremely patient and understanding during this time. Also, a huge thank you to the client who drove me to the hospital and waited for my husband to arrive. I really couldn’t ask for better clients in times like these I appreciate all of you! 🥹🫶🏼 I hope everyone had the best thanksgiving surrounded by loved ones with all of the comfort foods. Happy Thanksgiving!! 🦃

✨Update✨I had the second surgery and was getting ready to be discharged and had a terrible, sharp, different pain. The doctor had already left for the night and after waiting half the night I had gotten something for the pain. Morning comes and I find out I had pancreatitis and if I remember right (I was a little loopy 🤪) it was pretty bad. I got home Monday evening and after what seemed like forever of laying in a bed I am going to start taking smaller appointments. I’m going to try and avoid 90 minutes for a few days here and see how it goes. If you have 90 minute appointments I may be reaching out to drop them down to 60 and I’m going to try to work half the day every Saturday or Sunday to somewhat get caught up before the end of the year. Would you like to see what I have been working my life away on? My massage area is just about completed. All scheduled clients should come to the new location for their appointments at 519 5th ST NW near the tennis courts and the bait shop. The service end is nowhere near ready but it is coming along. Terri is nice enough to let me keep the tanning bed at her main street office until I have a room for it. If you are a current tanning client you can continue to use it and I will notify everyone before I move it over to the new location. It’s been a pretty wild ride and I appreciate the patience all of my clients have demonstrated. I couldn’t grow my business without you!! 🫶🏼

Without my friends, family and clients there is no way this and the changes I have been making would be possible. The progress and positive changes I am seeing in my clients is enough for me but the recognition makes it even better! 🔆Tanning Clients🔆 & ✨Spa Services✨
I will be in the office for a couple hours today if anyone would like to utilize any of the add-on services today. Yard work season is in full swingg and I will only be here for a couple hours trying to help myself after pushing my limits this weekend. If you would like to tan just shoot me a message and I will put your appointment in & there are limited spots.
✨Side Note: I am a “do as I say, not as I do,” kind of therapist. You’re not saving yourself any time trying to get it all done at once and having to repair your body after. 😅🤣
