🌟 Staff Spotlight: Nick Erickson 🌟

Meet Nick, one of the dedicated team members who helps keep things running smoothly both behind the scenes and in the community at Spectrum Eyecare!

As our Research and Marketing Coordinator, Nick manages Spectrum’s social media and marketing while also serving as the Clinical Research Coordinator for contact lens studies. In this role, he schedules patients for studies and works closely with the doctors here at Spectrum to help coordinate clinical trials and support new contact lens research. 👓

Outside the office, Nick enjoys staying active at the gym and collecting sports cards, where he also buys and sells cards as part of the hobby. 🏋️‍♂️🏈

When asked what he loves most about Spectrum, Nick shared:
“I love how close everyone is here. It really feels like a work family where everyone supports each other, and it makes Spectrum a great environment to be part of every day.” ❤️

As an Apprentice Optician, Haley works closely with patients to find glasses that match their vision needs, personal style, and comfort. 👓

Outside the office, Haley is enrolled in the National Academy of Opticianry and is now preparing for her 3rd book exam—an exciting step on her journey to becoming a licensed optician! 🎓 She’s also a proud mom to two daughters, Lily and Quinn, who keep her busy and smiling. 💕

When asked what she loves most about Spectrum, Haley shared:

“I love how much of a family-like environment we have, and how it is not limited to our staff but our amazing patients as well.”

Brooke keeps everything running smoothly by coordinating between departments, managing insurance posting, and ensuring HIPAA and OSHA compliance—basically, she’s the glue that holds it all together.

Brooke is currently earning her second Bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience 🧠! Outside of work and studying, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and hanging out with her dog, Roscoe 🐾

When she’s not at work, Samantha loves being outside, spending quality time with her children, and building connections with others — all of which bring her a sense of joy and balance. 🌿👩‍👧‍👦
