•August 9th - We’re popping up at Burn Boot Camp Central Triad for their 7/8/9 Camp! Join us for back-to-back recovery with every class starting at the hour.

•August 16th - ISI Elite Training GSO is hosting their Back to School Mega Workout at 9am! We’ll be there bringing the recovery vibes post-workout

•August 22nd - Celebrating 12 years of Pure Barre GSO! We’ll be popping up Friday evening during their anniversary week with recovery support to help you feel your best.
