Vocational Development
A short-term assistance program to find and maintain employment to focus on the individual’s goal. An individual is placed in this program through a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor. Supported Employment Program (SEP)
A long-term assistance program to find and maintain employment to focus on the individual’s goal. An individual is placed in this program through a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor with an agreed upon extended services funding source. Extended Services
A long-term minimal support program to assist an individual in maintaining employment. An individual is generally placed in this program through a Program Manager through the Human Service Center. How to access services
Individuals placed in Triumph’s Career Development Program would be referred through their Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor or their Program Manager at the Human Service Center. Day Habilitation
Our goal for this program is to encourage individuals to learn home living skills, work skills and social skills. Learning these skills promotes independence in their home, social network, and community. Residential / In-Home Support
Our goal for this program is to provide flexible, individually-tailored support service to individuals and families. Residential Habilitation
A residential service offered to assist individuals to maintain independence in their home. Services could include but not limited to: personal cares, meal planning, laundry, etc. Independent Habilitation
A residential service offered to assist individuals to maintain independence in their home. Hours are generally less than those recieved in residential habilitation services as less assistance is needed.

***How to Access These Services:
Individuals placed in the Residential/In-Home Program would be referred through their Program Manager at the Human Service Center.

After many years of dedicated leadership, we would like to share that our Co-Founders, Ann and Jennie, will be retiring in the coming months. Their vision, compassion, and unwavering commitment to the individuals and communities we serve have been instrumental in shaping Triumph, Inc. into the organization it is today.
Through their leadership, Triumph has grown not only in size, but in impact—creating meaningful opportunities and support for so many. Their legacy will continue to guide us, and we are incredibly grateful for the foundation they’ve built.
Following a thoughtful and thorough transition planning process, we’re pleased to announce that a new leader has been selected to carry Triumph forward into its next chapter.
Please join us in welcoming our Director of Dill as the incoming head of the organization. 🥒

LOCATION CHANGE! Due to the weather forecast for this weekend we will now host this event inside the TRAC Bubble. TRAC is located at 1501 5th St NE.

Join us April 4 at 11:00am for the 66th Annual Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by Elks #995 and Jamestown Parks & Recreation. This egg-citing community tradition is one you won’t want to miss.

We will have three separate waves of egg hunts since it's in the Bubble. First will be 5 and under, once those are complete will do 6 years of age and up and lastly we are excited to offer a separate sensory-friendly egg hunt space for children with sensory needs, featuring a quieter, more relaxed experience.

The Easter Bunny will be there for photos 📸 ($10 per photo), so don’t forget your camera-ready smiles.

Age Divisions:
Ages 5 and under
Ages 6 and up
Sensory friendly area

Bring a container for your goodies and get ready for some springtime fun. Reminder: Parents are not allowed to hunt with children.
