Reflexology is a technique of applying gentle pressure to reflex areas on your feet, hands and ears to bring about a state of deep relaxation and to stimulate the body’s own healing process. It is not a medical treatment, nor does it cure. It facilitates the body’s ability to heal within. I book out approximately 5 - 6 weeks in advance and highly encourage you to pre-book your next appointment at the end of your session, so you get the appointment that works best for you. I am a “Young Living” Essential Oils Distributor, so I can offer to you the application of an oil (s) of your choice at the end of your reflexology session for only $3.00 additional. An amazing treatment that I recommend you add to your Reflexology session 2 – 3 times annually is the Raindrop Treatment. This service is an additional $25.00, but the benefits are MANY, including: antibacterial, antiviral, anti-inflammation, better circulation, muscle spasms, fatigue, and overall emotional balance. If you’re suffering from poor circulation, I have recently learned a technique called “Cryotherapy,” which is the use of ice in quick, circular motions in order to really assist in improving the blood flow and circulation. This is done at the very end of your Reflexology session and is FREE of charge. At our fall 2015 ND Reflexology Conference, we had a class on Chronic Foot Pain. This is an issue for many, so I am pleased to have learned this technique and am able to offer this service now, as well. It is recommended that you schedule sessions twice weekly to begin. Each session is $40.00. I also have my attunements for Reiki I & Reiki II. Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes balance within our body, mind & spirit. That means that you may be looking for relief from some physical ailment but also receive relief from emotional issues, as well. Reiki helps our bodies to heal themselves in whatever way is best for us at that point in time. At a session, I will place my hands just above your body, changing positioning of my hands several times during the session. All you are required to do is relax. Sessions are $35.00 for 30 minutes.
