I'm renting out two rooms and the entire third floor of my studio at 509 North Main for any interested parties. The original intent was to rent to people who were in the wellness field (Massage, Reiki, Life Coaching, etc.), but I've expanded it to artisans and general small business spaces. For all rooms, there is a shared kitchenette and full bathroom. The third floor also has its own half bathroom and two full rooms in addition to the main space. It has potential to be a standalone yoga/wellness studio or a cooperative space for artisans.
