Winter is moving towards spring as the light begins to lengthen.
It feels deep in winter with cold, snow and short days but things will begin to shift at the end of the month and our groups will begin again. The horses are shaggy and these days muddy. Being in Colorado the weather changes all the time and we do have indoor spaces.

Our Men’s group is coming up next weekend Saturday, January 28th and the Women’s group starts Saturday, February 4th. We hope to have you join us!

Our next Women's Healing Group with Horses is starting in February! This is an 8-Week Group on Saturdays. February 4th - April 1st (No group Feb 18th)
10am- 1pm ~ Fee: $500 (payment options & plans available)

Our time will be spent practicing body-based mindfulness exercises, expressive arts activities, and engaging with our wonderful horse companions. Being outside in a group of women in the presence of horses to heal is a powerful and grounding experience. This allows for connection with others, and reconnection with the self. During this group, we will explore our experiences of body-based trauma, life transitions, and relationships.

We invite you to join us for our upcoming Men's Healing Group with Horses 6-Week Group on Saturdays!
January 28th - March 4th (No group Feb 18th)
2:30pm- 5:30pm ~ Fee: $450 (payment options & plans available)

This group will support men in accessing the parts of themselves that they might be curious about or that might be challenging.
We will explore through mindful embodiment exercises, supporting men to slow down to connect with each other, nature, and horses. This work can cultivate inner strength, community engagement, and authentic relationship building.

Fall is here, snow has come, Halloween over. How time flies! We are offering an afternoon workshop just for men, and male identified folks. The horses are such powerful teachers, healers and just wonderful to be around. Please consider joining us and share with those men in your life. We have a wonderful afternoon of activities for you.

Our Women’s Healing group will start Saturday, September 10th. This group explores and works to heal women’s experiences of sexual trauma and other body-based, emotional, and psychological traumas. All this is deeply supported by connecting with the earth and horses. If interested in joining there are 2 spots left!

Our upcoming fall Grief & Loss group will start Tuesday, September 13th. Please consider joining. There are still spots available in this group! We are all grieving something and fall is a powerful time for exploring these experiences.

We will also be offering Embodied Presence, a full day of time with horses, nature, and the creative process. Sunday, October 2nd.

We are excited to announce an inaugural Men's workshop with the horses this fall! Join us for this 3-hour workshop Saturday afternoon 2:30pm - 5:30pm on October 22nd We will introduce you to our herd of strong, powerful yet gentle, and sensitive horses.

Summer has arrived. The grasses in the pasture are actually beginning to brown. A constant reminder of time passing and nature’s clear communication to us to pay attention to each precious day.

The horses are shiny and sleek and spend more time resting & digesting with the hotter days. Are you?

July brings us our Grief & Loss group starting July 12th. There are a few spots left. Loss is inevitable and comes in so many forms. Don’t underestimate how this impacts you. As humans, we are skilled at ignoring, repressing, and discounting our losses. They accumulate and when big ones come along it ignites those unacknowledged experiences.

Later in the month, bring your unique self and come celebrate with the horses! Ali Caw and I will be co-facilitating the Celebrate Yourself afternoon workshop on Saturday Afternoon July 23rd.
Sing, dance, and play with no apologies! Use your voice to inspire movement and access that place of play in your spirit!
