Just wanted to take this opportunity to share an experience we had last night. It is perhaps one of the few examples of what love looks like. A neighbor took it upon herself to donate a crockpot full of chili to the Micah Project. Included were other food items that were added (could call it a chili kit meal….why not) it was so spontaneous not to mention right on time considering the food crisis that’s going on in our country. Often time people think that it’s money donations we want or need. Of course we would never turn that away. However, it’s really all about the small things. The gestures that people do for one another. To me, that’s priceless. What an example of bringing out the meaning of what loving thy neighbor looks like.🤗🥰 shout out big thank you to our dear neighbor for thinking of us. We are so very grateful for your generosity. God bless you.🙏

IN NEED OF YOUR SUPPORT!

 Dear Supporters, due to the nations upcoming crisis affecting SNAP benefits, we are asking for your help. This is major concern as it will significantly impact many of our recipients who rely on food stamps.
Currently, it’s not about supplying a Christmas stocking by the fireplace or a tree. Instead, it’s about increasing the quality of lives.

Physiological needs: the most basic needs are food, water, shelter, warmth and rest before any other need, according to Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs.
We are asking respectfully if there’s any food items you wish to donate, we would greatly appreciate it.

We had a ~rocking and rolling ~of a time at ROCK FOR RECOVERY 2025. We pulled it off again…. another year of support, networking, familiar faces as well as new faces.

Today ❤️it was about flipping the tables and honoring those who dedicate their services, their time and their passion to the Micah women👏🏼👏🏽

Pastor Mike, for your continuous support, your humor and for praticing what a brother in Christ looks like. 🙏

Birtie, for being a servant onto others, a gentle soul, a warrior who proceeds to go on in the midst of a storm and leads by example.

Neither have any of these amazing people have placed any judgment.  Instead, they’ve shown what mercy looks like, have given a gentle heart, a helping hand, and a listening ear to so many people. ❤️ Every one of you emulate the true meaning of what the Micah 6:8 stand for. “ Act justly, love mercy and walk humbly with your God.”
So… today, yes! we lift all of you up on a pedestal as we cannot thank you enough for all the wonderful acts of kindness, you have truly committed yourself into helping the broken, the lost, and to some who believe are just down right hopeless. 🙌🏼🤗
Lastly, let us all make some noise for all the Micah women who helped put together this event 🙌🏽👏🏽👏🏼🥰🤗❤️

Honoring our🎉 2025 🎉Micah Sisters 🙌🏼🙌🏾🙌🏽 As we celebrated graduation ceremony on June 30, 2025. Thank you to all our supporters who played a part in supporting the Micah women. We are so proud of all the hard work you ladies put in towards transitioning to a brighter future as well as giving back to the community 🤗🥰🎉🎉🎉

When you walk humbly with your God, this is what He does… A BIG Shout out 🙏to all who supported us, prayed with us, prayed for us to help support the mission to help the Micah Project get a company van.  It is with absolute pleasure to honor our supporters for believing that recovery/sobriety should also be fun. Therefore, we’d like to take this opportunity to thank DeeDee, the Community Foundation of Southern Wisconsin, The Women’s Fund, Elaine. S, the Prestons, Mike P and Midwest Christian family👏🏻👏🏽🫶🤗 We are forever grateful for taking a part in promoting the quality of lives. Yes….God is good.💯 here we go field trips we’re on our way 🤗
