Just wanted to take this opportunity to share an experience we had last night. It is perhaps one of the few examples of what love looks like. A neighbor took it upon herself to donate a crockpot full of chili to the Micah Project. Included were other food items that were added (could call it a chili kit meal….why not) it was so spontaneous not to mention right on time considering the food crisis that’s going on in our country. Often time people think that it’s money donations we want or need. Of course we would never turn that away. However, it’s really all about the small things. The gestures that people do for one another. To me, that’s priceless. What an example of bringing out the meaning of what loving thy neighbor looks like.🤗🥰 shout out big thank you to our dear neighbor for thinking of us. We are so very grateful for your generosity.
