Dropped off a few of our new coffee mugs and water bottles to our favorite downtown Janesville retailer friends - love these ladies and all the energy they bring to our downtown blocks! and are both open this week leading up to Christmas - make sure to stop by for your last minute stocking stuffers!

Thank you to all of the clients and community members who dropped off breakfast and snack food donations for our Food Drive for — we were able to drop off a trunk full of food this week to be distributed before Christmas Break 🎄

Celebrating 3 Years of Davis Physical Therapy this week!!

When I started this journey, I never would have believed that I could meet hundreds of clients over thousands of therapy sessions - what a privilege to be able to help each and every one of them on their health journey!!

The last 3 years have also taught me so much about myself as a physical therapist, a business owner, a wife, and a mom ☺️ and I am damn proud of what I’ve built and created in this little corner of the world 🌎

❄️❄️ what’s on tap today for our beautiful snowy Tuesday…

the great thing about being a small independent clinic is the flexibility to respond to our clients’ needs — sometimes that means a couple home visits after surgery even if they don’t ‘qualify’ for home health services! 🏡

‼️ we are also getting lots of inquiries about ‘prehab’ for various surgeries — wouldn’t it be great if you
1) had the education about what to expect after a surgery
2) what sorts of tips we can provide you since chances are, we’ve seen them all!
AND 3) give you several smart and effective exercises that will help your body get ready for a surgery?

‼️ any type of surgery is trauma to the body and physical therapists are uniquely positioned to help your body heal safely and effectively and efficiently return to your day-to-day activities and exercise programs!! 💪🏼
