Spent a productive weekend before the snow arrived putting down the rest of the flooring and finishing up painting in our spaces! Now we can wait for a few more pieces of the puzzle!

Davis Physical Therapy is closed today, Monday 3/16, due to winter weather! All of our clients have been notified regarding rescheduling appointments - please check your email!

Enjoy the snow ❄️ and remember we will be here the rest of the week to take care of all of your sore shoulders, backs and legs from shoveling out from this blizzard 😎

Tips for Shoveling:
‼️ take breaks every 10-15 mins
‼️ try to alternate which direction you are throwing the snow to give your arms and shoulders a break
‼️ stretch before and after shoveling to warm the muscles up and cool them down
‼️ stay hydrated (and not just the Wisconsin hydration method) because you can become dehydrated in the cold too!
