We were excited to have our monthly fish fry start back up after a winter break. Thank you to all the residents that joined us for a wonderful meal a refreshing cocktail and great conversation. As always the staff did an amazing job with smiles on their faces.

What a wonderful lunch today as we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day. As always the staff did an amazing job. Not only Traditional Corned Beef and Cabbage we had Irish Chicken and homemade dumplings. Of course we had to have some green beer and a Drunken Leprechaun. Thank you to all that joined us for a great meal and fellowship.

We celebrated Fat Tuesday today with lots of delicious food. As always great job dining services for making this day special for our residents. And yes we had a traditional hurricane to drink and amazing bread pudding with bourbon sauce.

Happy Valentines we celebrate a day early. As always the staff did an amazing job. Prime Rib, garlic buttered shrimp, marry me chicken, rosemary roasted potatoes, asparagus w/ hollandaise sauce, creamy grape salad and a strawberry layer cake for dessert. We also had our scavenger hunt winner who saved the kissing gnomes. She received a box of chocolates a bottle of wine and her meal was on us! Thank you to everyone who shared this special meal with us. Happy Valentine’s Day!

Day five of Pride in Foodservice week. Today it’s all the behind the scenes staff. Our amazing cooks and prep staff. We caught a few of our Independent servers also. It’s been a wonderful time celebrating all of this staff’s hard work and dedication to our residents. It takes a very special team to do this job and I believe we have them!

Day four of Pride in Foodservice. Today we thank all of those out in front of the residents serving the meals. This group are the ones that take the extra time to make each meal special. From decorating their areas for all the seasons and holidays to knowing who wants hot sauce on their eggs. Thank you to all the servers who make the residents day special!

Day three of Pride in Foodservice Week. Today we focus on our Clubhouse. This is a newer building on our campus where we offer pub style dining on Wednesday for lunch. Thank you both to our staff and regular customers.
