Re sharing as a friendly reminder! We are less than a month away from the new year. Insurance benefits often restart or change beginning January 1st! Please be proactive and check in on your benefits before your appointment in the new year! As always, we offer a reasonable self pay option for those without insurance, out of network insurance or if you just have a really high deductible and need something more cost effective!

To all of our current clients:

The start of 2026 may mean that your insurance deductibles are restarting. What this looks like is a higher out of pocket cost for sessions until the deductible is met. A friendly reminder that Willow Way does not set, decide or change your deductible/copay/coinsurance. Those are set by your insurance carrier and specific to your insurance plan. Please be proactive in reaching out to your insurance carrier and checking what your out of pocket responsibility will be beginning 1/1/26. It is the clients responsibility to check benefits and to be responsible for out of pocket costs.

Our two suites in our Janesville office have now officially become ONE suite! This means we have an additional waiting room to allow clients / parents waiting to feel more comfortable and relaxed. Both waiting areas have a water system, and soon each will have their own coffee bar as well.

Our space is a little dusty today as work gets completed but by Monday will be all settled!
